Smoke and Choke

I dreamed that my Health class was watching a documentary about smoking. Then it's actually real life and I'm inside the movie, focusing on the smoker and what she is doing. She is smoking like more than a pack a day, and she's starting to look pretty gross; her teeth are all yellow and she looks much older than she actually is. Her husband is an artist, and she was what he drew because before she started smoking, she looked like a model. When she shows up at the studio that day, she is heavier and her skin is very pale. Suddenly I turn into her and discover I look terrible and want to quit. My friends are trying to make me look normal again. In the dream, apparently I love this game where you jump over these nets and try not to get hit by a beach ball. We are all on a beach or something; we're on sand. I jump over the nets but have a hard time doing it. Then as it goes on, I feel and look better and this one guy wants to have a contest between me and him to see how many times we can spin on the sand. He does it a bunch of times and it's called a 'double' something. Then I do it and I'm seeing myself doing it, and it's all slow-mo. It's called a 'triple' something. So I guess now I'm cured.

Meaning- Smoke may be alerting me to a dangerous situation, or it may also represent uncertainty or lack of a clear vision. Sand may represent infinity (number of grains of sand).
