One of my classes and I are going to do a rock show on the Chatauqua (that's what the auditorium is called in my school). The people there announce us to go up, and we hesitate because we're nervous. Then this girl from my 9th grade French class is the first to conquer her fears, and she goes up there. Then, gradually, we all do. When we finally start playing, it's not really a show because a lot of people are goofing off in the back and I'm not really looking at the audience as I'm playing (it's an electric guitar; funny because I don't play it in real life). Afterwards, we go backstage, which doesn't look like a backstage; more like a lobby for an old dance studio. There's this desk with a bell, like a clerk's desk at a hotel or some fancy place. We all ring the bell as we walk by it, and the clerk there gets very annoyed. Then we go to another desk which is like a checkout desk of some place, and I see a nice pair of earrings on the table, and I steal them!
Meaning- Opening the curtains to backstage may be representing opening a secret or truth. Music is associated with inner peace, balance, and/or harmony. A table laid with cutlery or jewelry may foretell of good fortune coming.
